With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, strategic planning, and leadership development, William Karshima has worked with a wide range of organizations. He has helped them achieve their goals by developing customized solutions that address their unique challenges. William is the Founder & CEO of KASCHO an umbrella company for an innovative first-to-continent steam cleaning company, a restaurant, a barbershop, a spa, a co-working space, and a coffee shop. KASHCO is social enterprise with the sole mission to create living wage jobs in under resourced communities.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership, nonprofit management and organizational development, Shiloh Karshima specializes in creating healthy organizational cultures that foster employee satisfaction, efficiency and retention. She has worked with various organizations across multiple industries, implementing strategies that drive performance and increase employee experience. Shiloh is the Executive Director of The Leader Team, a not-for-profit whose mission is to build communities by empowering leaders and creating jobs. She is also the creator and host of Practice GOOD, a podcast focused on social impact leaders, their work and their soul care.

Together, Shiloh and William bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. They work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions that deliver results. They are passionate about helping companies make a positive social impact and are committed to helping organizations grow and thrive.

  • Shiloh holds a Masters in Public Administration in Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy, Specialising in International Economic Development from New York University

    She also reviewed her Bachelors in Pastoral Leadership from Vanguard University.
